  5. Pick the compliance frameworks that apply to your jurisdictions.

Which product to launch

  • SDX Desktop — the portfolio workspace. Manage properties, meters, funds, photos, goals, and submit compliance frameworks.
  • SDX Intelligence — the AI analytics surface. Ask portfolio-level questions in natural language; every answer cites the underlying records.

You don't have to pick one. Most owners use Desktop for day-to-day data work and Intelligence for portfolio-level questions.
