SDX provides a range of pre-built reports and flexible export options so you can share sustainability performance data with regulators, investors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

- Add charts, tables, and commentary blocks.
- Save templates for repeated use (e.g. quarterly board reports).
- Schedule automatic generation and email delivery.
Export formats
All data behind reports can also be exported in raw form.
| Format | Use case |
|---|---|
| CSV | Spreadsheet analysis, import into other tools |
| Excel (.xlsx) | Formatted workbooks with multiple sheets |
| JSON | Programmatic consumption, API mirror |
| Formal reports, printing, sharing | |
| XML | Regulatory submissions that require XML schemas |
Bulk export
Export data for your entire portfolio in one step from Data > Export. Choose the time period, meter types, and output format. SDX generates the file in the background and sends a download link to your email when ready.
Scheduling
Any report or export can be scheduled for recurring delivery:
- Frequency — Daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
- Recipients — One or more email addresses.
- Format — Choose the output format for each schedule.
Scheduled reports are managed under Reports > Schedules.
Sharing via link
Benchmark certificates can be shared via a unique, read-only URL. The link is valid for 90 days by default but can be extended or revoked at any time. No SDX account is required to view a shared certificate.
API access
Every report available in the UI can also be generated programmatically via the Reports endpoint. This is useful for embedding SDX data into external dashboards or investor portals.
