Drag-and-drop import with intelligent column mapping, per-row validation, and a guided 4-step flow. Works with utility bill exports from any format.
Interactive stacking plan
Visual 2D floor plans per building. Add tenant spaces, assign meters, and track occupancy and data quality at a glance.
Fund organization
Group properties into Core / Value-Add / Opportunistic funds. Filter portfolio and benchmarks by fund. Weighted-average performance metrics in Data Explorer.
Goal & pathway tracking
Set decarbonization targets aligned to CRREM 1.5°C, SBTi, LL97 / BEPS / MEES, GRESB, or custom internal targets. Goals cascade entity → fund → building.
Customizable portfolio table
Show or hide any column — Property, Type, Fund, Location, Floor Area, Score, Users, Year Built, Site EUI, GHG, Annual Energy Spend.
Auto-geocoding
Properties geocoded on create or update. Batch geocoding available for existing portfolios.
Building photos
Upload photos for each property (up to 5MB). Photos replace the default map view on building pages, creating a visual portfolio.

The SDX Tenant & Property Manager portal is a mobile-first PWA that ships with Desktop. Installable on a home screen, designed for the people closest to the meter — not the asset manager at a desk.
Data quality dashboard
Tenants and property managers see meter health, missing readings, and data freshness for the buildings assigned to them.
Action items, not noise
Severity-ranked tasks: red for compliance gaps, amber for stale data, green for healthy. The PWA tells them what to do next.
Property cards
Photo, address, meter health indicators, and direct path to bill upload, reading entry, or meter submission.
Invite tenants and property managers to specific buildings with read-only or edit access. Track invitation status, assigned properties, and last login from Settings or any Building Profile.
